Before You Book

Please carefully review the following information and policies before scheduling your appointment. By booking, you are acknowledging and agreeing to all terms outlined below.

Client Eligibility & Health Considerations

You are not eligible for permanent makeup services if you:

  • Are under 18 years old (ID required)
  • Are pregnant or nursing
  • Take blood-thinning medication
  • Have used Accutane in the last 12 months
  • Have active skin conditions near the treatment area (e.g., acne, rashes, eczema, psoriasis, sunburn)
  • Have transmittable blood conditions (e.g., HIV, Hepatitis)
  • Had a chemical peel in the past 4 weeks
  • Have compromised immune function or healing ability
  • Have allergies to topical anesthetics
  • Are undergoing chemotherapy or managing serious medical conditions without a doctor’s note

Please Note: No Corrections of Previous Work

At this time, I do not work on brows that have been previously tattooed or microbladed by another artist. If you have previous work done and would like to laser, please message me and I will send you a recommendation!

Booking Policies
Guests

Due to health and safety regulations:

  • No extra guests, children, or pets are allowed in the treatment room.
  • Adult guests may wait in the on-site lounge area. Please remember this is a 3hr service.
  • If you need a translator or support person, please contact me in advance.
Booking Fee
  • A nonrefundable, nontransferable $25 booking fee is required to schedule an appointment.
  • This fee applies toward your total service cost.
  • You may reschedule your appointment once if done at least 48 hours in advance.
  • The booking fee remains valid for 45 days from your original appointment date.
  • Rescheduling after 48 hours will forfeit the fee and require a new one.

Please note: If rescheduling occurs during a price change, the new price will apply.

Late Policy
  • You have a 10-minute grace period.
  • Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in a canceled appointment and loss of your booking fee.
  • A new fee and appointment will be required to rebook.
  • No-shows will be charged 50% of the service total. Please communicate if you’re running late or need to cancel!
Refund Policy
  • No refunds will be issued for booking fees, services, or packages under any circumstances.
  • If you’re unhappy with your results, I welcome open communication and will explore options with you.
Final Payment
  • Accepted forms: Cash (exact amount), Venmo, Apple Pay, or card.
  • No change available for cash payments, please bring the exact amount.
Before Your Appointment

To ensure the best results:

  • No caffeine the day of your appointment
  • No alcohol 24 hours before
  • No ibuprofen, fish oil, or vitamin E 24 hours before
  • No Retin-A or retinol products 1 week before
  • No Botox within 3 weeks of your appointment
  • Avoid brow waxing or threading within 48 hours
Need a “Squeeze-In” Appointment?

If you’re not seeing availability that works for your schedule, text me at 480-438-4526 for a possible squeeze-in.
Please note: Squeeze-in appointments include an additional $30 fee.

What to Expect at Your Appointment
  1. Consultation: We’ll discuss your health, skin type, and brow goals. You’re welcome to bring reference photos!
  2. Mapping: I’ll design a brow shape that complements your facial structure. We won’t move forward until you approve and sign off.
  3. Consent Forms: Required prior to the tattooing process. These will be sent via text or email.
  4. Tattooing Begins: After the outline, I’ll apply numbing cream. Each brow takes approximately 30–45 minutes.
  5. Photos & Content: I may take photos or videos for content creation (with your consent).
  6. Aftercare Review: I’ll walk you through proper aftercare to ensure the best healing and results.
Pricing Disclaimer

Prices are subject to change at any time. The only way to lock in current pricing is by submitting your booking fee. If rescheduled, you will be subject to the rate active at the new appointment time.
